Ashlyn Hansen – Crandall

Ashlyn Hansen–Crandall is a licensed real estate professional serving clients throughout both Minnesota and South Dakota. With a background in residential and commercial real estate, marketing, property management, and home improvement, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction.

Ashlyn began her real estate career in Minnesota in 2020 after obtaining her real estate license and gaining valuable hands-on industry experience in the Twin Cities market. In 2022, she returned home to serve the communities she knows and loves. In 2026, she expanded her professional reach by obtaining her South Dakota real estate license, allowing her to better serve buyers and sellers throughout the region.

Born and raised in Beardsley, Minnesota, and growing up in the Browns Valley and Sisseton area, Ashlyn has deep roots on both sides of the state line. Her passion lies in helping individuals, families, investors, and local business owners achieve their real estate goals while strengthening the rural communities she proudly calls home.

Outside of real estate, Ashlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and helping operate her family’s painting and renovation company, Crandall Paints LLC. Her background in construction and property improvement gives her clients valuable insight into homeownership, property value, and investment potential.
